Abstract

On the road in front of Tangerang Station. The amount of traffic activity of private vehicles and public transportation vehicles in the area around Tangerang Station, be it people who drive to work or education who use Electric Train services. Congestion usually occurs when going to and from work which is usually caused by public transportation that picks up and drops passengers, not only that, there are not a few street vendors selling on the roadside. The data needed in the process of analyzing road segment performance is primary data in the form of road geometric data, data from traffic surveys during rush hours, side barriers data, and observations of online motorcycle taxi passengers. As well as secondary data in the form of a map of the location, and the number of residents.. From the results of the analysis of the level of road service, it is known that the level of road service with a degree of saturation of 0.911 and a service level of E. online that parks or picks up and drops passengers on the road. Based on the results of the analysis of the perception of online motorcycle taxi passengers, if a pick-up point is held, respondents who use online motorcycle taxis choose to agree that it is necessary to implement an online motorcycle taxi pick-up point system to overcome congestion caused by online motorcycle taxi vehicles that park or pick up and drop passengers. Keywords: Road Performance, Degree of Saturation, Service Level, MKJI 19997 Pada ruas jalan didepan Stasiun Tangerang terdapat aktivitas yang besar yaitu berupa lalu lalang kendaraan pribadi dan kendaraan angkutan umum didaerah sekitar Stasiun Tangerang. Kemacetan biasanya terjadi pada waktu pergi dan pulang kerja yang biasanya disebabkan oleh angkutan umum yang menaikan dan menurunkan penumpang. Data yang diperlukan dalam proses analisa kinerja ruas jalan adalah data primer yaitu berupa data geometrik jalan, data hasil survei lalu lintas pada jam-jam sibuk, data hambatan samping, dan obeservasi terhadap penumpang ojek online. Serta data sekunder berupa peta lokasi, dan jumlah penduduk. Dari hasil analisa tingkat pelayanan jalan diketahui bahwa dari tiga hari penlitian didapat tingkat pelayanan dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan 0.911 dan tingkat pelayanan E. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persepsi penumpang ojek online jika diadakan pick-up point menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden pengguna jasa ojek online memilih setuju bahwa perlu diterapkan sistem pick-up point ojek online untuk mengatasi kemacetan yang diakibatkan kendaraan ojek online yang parkir atau menaik turunkan penumpang.
