Abstract

In work planning, operational problems often arise that hinder the activities of completing a project such as lack of resources, inappropriate location of resources, delays in project implementation and other problems outside the schedule in the work plan. Likewise, what happened to the Construction of Cages and Supporting Breeder Farm 2– Pekanbaru Project experienced problems in operations. Project delays can come from service providers as well as from service users or other parties. Therefore, this thesis aims to analyze the factors causing the delay in the completion of the construction project of the Stables and Supporting Breeder Farm 2 - Pekanbaru. The method used in analyzing problems in this project is the House of Risk which functions to analyze the data on the causes of delays. Researchers found the Identification of Problems with the Cage and Support Development project of Breeder Farm 2 - Pekanbaru, namely the delay in the work process of Construction of Cages, Mess & Supporting Breeder Farm, there are many factors that cause project delays, and precise steps are needed in anticipating project delays. Therefore, the researcher chose this project to be further examined based on the data obtained from the counter and the field. Keywords: Analysis, Mitigation, Risk, Delays, Cages and Supports, Palembang. Dalam perencanaan kerja seringkali timbul masalah - masalah operasional yang menghambat aktivitas penyelesaian suatu proyek seperti kurangnya sumber daya, lokasi sumber daya yang tidak tepat, keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek dan masalah-masalah lainnya diluar jadual dalam rencana kerja. Begitu juga yang terjadi pada Proyek Pembangunan Kandang Dan Penunjang Breeder Farm 2– Pekanbaru mengalami masalah dalam operasional. Keterlambatan proyek dapat berasal dari penyedia jasa maupun dari pengguna jasa maupun pihak lain. Maka dari itu tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa faktor penyebab keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek pembangunan Kandang Dan Penunjang Breeder Farm 2 – Pekanbaru. Metode yang dipakai dalam menganalisa masalah pada proyek ini adalah House of Risk yang berfungsi untuk menganalisa data penyebab keterlambatan. Peneliti menemuka Identifikasi Masalah terhadap proyek pembanguan Kandang Dan Penunjang Breeder Farm 2 – Pekanbaru yaitu Adanya keterlambatan dalam proses pekerjaan Pembangunan Kandang , Mess & Penunjang Breeder Farm,Adanya banyak faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek, dan Diperlukan langkah yang tepat sasaran dalam mengantisipasi keterlambatan proyek. Oleh karna itu peneliti memilih proyek ini untuk di teliti lebih lanjut lagi bedasarkan data-data yang di dapat dari pihak konterktor maupun pihak lapangan.
