Abstract
Study investigates the relationship between learning agility, organizational support and the application of agile work methods. The research, conducted within the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, involved 110 respondents who were actively engaged in programs utilizing agile methods. The results reveal a positive correlation between the level of individual learning agility, the support received from related parties, and the application of agile work methods. The study emphasizes the significance of learning agility and support from related parties in enhancing the successful implementation of agile work methods. To achieve optimal outcomes, it is recommended that organizations provide a conducive environment and ample resources to facilitate individuals' involvement in innovation programs utilizing agile work methods. The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the application of agile work methods in telecommunications companies, offering practical guidance to enhance competitiveness and adaptability in today's fast-paced business environment.
