Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influences of Principal Leadership and Training on Teachers Performance as mediated by Teachers Competence. The population of this study are 60 teachers with at least one year of teaching work experience at SMK Sumpah Pemuda Jakarta using non-probability sampling approach with saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation ModelPartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software for Windows. The results found that Principal Leadership and Training have positive and significant impacts on Teachers Performance and Teachers Competence. Teachers Competence has positive and significant impact on Teachers Performance. Principal Leadership and Training have positive and significant impacts on Teachers Performance as mediated by Teachers Competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Guru yang dimediasi oleh Kompetensi Guru. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru yang sudah mengajar lebih dari satu tahun di SMK Sumpah Pemuda Jakarta Barat dengan sampel sebanyak 60 (enam puluh) guru. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPSL 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Pelatihan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Kompetensi Guru. Kompetensi Guru secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru dimediasi oleh Kompetensi Guru.
