Abstract

Indonesian tourism is currently in the spotlight of many countries. Therefore the government, especially the Ministry of Tourism, is intensively carrying out development in areas that have tourism potential. The Ministry of Tourism has a target of 17 million foreign tourist visits through promotional activities and sales of attractive tourism packages in 18 leading destinations in the country in 2018. Due to the increasingly urgent demand for accommodation for tourists and tourism potential in the large area of Bandung city, it is necessary to add a new hotel with a resort concept that serves as a lodging accommodation for tourists who want to travel in Bandung, especially in the Sukasiri area It is expected that the addition of this hotel can further increase the accommodation capacity for tourists who travel in the city of Bandung, especially when facing a long vacation or weekend break. Pariwisata Indonesia saat ini sedang menjadi sorotan banyak Negara. Oleh karena itu pemerintah khususnya Kementerian Pariwisata sedang gencar melakukan pembangunan di wilayah yang memiliki potensi pariwisata. Kementerian Pariwisata memiliki target 17 juta kunjungan wisatawan mancanegara (wisman) melalui kegiatan promosi dan penjualan paket-paket wisata menarik di 18 destinasi unggulan di Tanah Air di tahun 2018. Dikarenakan tuntutan akan kebutuhan tempat menginap untuk para wisatawan yang semakin mendesak dan potensi wisata di daerah kota Bandung yang besar, maka di dibutuhkan penambahan hotel baru dengan konsep resort yang berfungsi sebagai tempat akomodasi penginapan bagi para wisatawan yang ingin berwisata di kota Bandung khususnya di kawasan Sukasiri Diharapkan dengan penambahan hotel ini bisa semakin menambah daya tampung penginapan bagi para wisatawan yang berwisata di kota Bandung terutama saat menghadapi liburan panjang ataupun libur akhir pekan.
