Abstract
Various changes in situations are often felt by frontline employees at work so having good adaptability is important to have in order to be able to respond well to all kinds of differences and changes. To respond properly, self-awareness is needed when working. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey/questionnaire method. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The number of samples is 90 respondents who are frontline employees who work at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong Hospital, Mitra Keluarga Pamulang and Mitra Keluarga Bintaro.The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of self awareness on the adaptability of frontline employees. The results of the simple linear regression equation (Y = 29.956 + (0.586) (X), with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination contribution are affected by self awareness of the adaptability ability of frontline employees by 36% while 64% are influenced by other factors. Keywords: Self Awareness, Adaptability, Frontline Berbagai perubahan situasi kerap kali di rasakan oleh para karyawan frontline dalam bekerja sehingga memiliki kemampuan adaptasi yang baik penting untuk dimiliki agar dapat merespon dengan baik segala macam perbedaan dan perubahan tersebut. Untuk merespon dengan baik diperlukannya kesadaran diri/self awareness ketika sedang bekerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey/kuisioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Jumlah sampel sebesar 90 responden yang merupakan karyawan frontline yang bekerja di RS Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong, Mitra Keluarga Pamulang dan Mitra Keluara Bintaro. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan self awareness terhadap kemampuan adaptasi karyawan frontline. Hasil persamaan regresi linear sederhana (Y = 29,956 + (0,586) (X), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil koefisien determinasi konstribusi terpengaruh self awareness terhadap kemampuan adaptibilitas karyawan frontline sebesar 36% sedangkan 64% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain.
