Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Authentic Happiness and Stress n on the work performance of PT. YAMAHA MUSIC MFG ASIA Institution employees during the Pandemic. This research is a comparative causal research using quantitative research methods. The number of samples that are the subject of the study are 102 respondents from a population of ±1100 employees of the PT. YAMAHA MUSIC MFG ASIA with purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of Authentic Happiness on employee performance; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of Stress on employee work performance; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of Authentic Happiness and stres simultaneously on employee work performance. Learning organizations have the greatest influence on employee performance. Management at PT. Yamaha Music MFG Asia Institute is advised to pay attention to stress management and improve the application of Authentic Happiness to improve employee performance. Keywords : authentic happiness, stress, work performance Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kebahagiaan Otentik dan Stres terhadap prestasi kerja Karyawan PT. YAMAHA MUSIC MFG ASIA pada pasca pandemic Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal komparatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Jumlah sampel yang menjadi subyek penelitian adalah sebanyak 102 orang responden dari populasi ± 1100 karyawan PT. YAMAHA MUSIC MFG ASIA di Bekasi dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dianalisa dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kebahagiaan Otentik terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Stres terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kebahagiaan Otentik dan Stres secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Kebahagiaan Otentik memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Pihak perusahaan PT. Yamaha Music MFG Asia disarankan untuk memperhatikan pengelolaan stres dan meningkatkan penerapan Kebahagiaan Otentik untuk menaikkan prestasi kerja karyawan.
