Abstract
Komunikasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia, Komunikasi tidak hanya menjadi alat penyalur pesan, ide, gagasan atau buah pikiran tetapi dapat mengajak ataupun mempengaruhi orang lain dalam berperilaku ataupun berfikir. Pola komunikasi suatu perusahaan sangat bergantung pada tujuan, gaya manajemen, dan iklim organisasi nya. Yang arti nya komunikasi bergantung pada kekuatan yang bekerja di dalam organisasi tersebut, ditujukan mereka yang melakukan pengiriman dan penerimaan pesan Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep pola komunikasi organisasi menurut Joseph A Devito yang membagi pola komunikasi ke dalam lima bentuk, yaotu pola lingkaran, pola roda, pola Y, pola rantai dan pola bintang. Metode yang digunakan ialah kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasanya pola komunikasi yang digunakan di divisi collection yaitu Pola Lingkaran, Pola Berantai dan Pola Bintang. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung ialah 1) Hubungan yang personal, (2) Media Komunikasi , (3) Waktu dan (4) Fasilitas. Sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat pola komunikasi organisasi ialah (1) kedudukan dalam organisasi , (2) Kendala Teknis dan (3) Personalisasi yang tidak rata. Kata Kunci : Pola Komunikasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Public Relations, Motivasi Kerja, PT. Asurnasi Central Asia (ACA) Communication is very important in daily life communication is not only a means of sending messages, ideas or thoughts but can take or influence other people in behaving or thinking. A company's communication patterns are highly dependent on its objectives, management style, and organizational climate. Which means communication depends on peoples within the organization, aimed at those who send and receive messages This research uses the concept of organizational communication patterns according to Josep A Decito which devides organitzational communication patterns into five forms, namely circle patterns, wheel patterns, Y patterns, chain patterns, and star patterns. Qualitativeis used for this research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews with a number of informants and documentation. The results showed that the communication patterns used in the collection division were Circle Patterns, Chain Patterns and Star Patterns. Supporting factors are 1) personal relationships, (2) communication media, (3) time and (4) facilities. While the inhibiting factors in organizational communication patterns are (1) position in the organization, (2) Technical Constraints and (3) Uneven personalization.
