Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Achievement Motivation, Competence and Leadership Behaviour on Lecturer Performance at the Faculty of Electricity and Renewable Energy PLN Institue of Technology. The population of his study are 75 permanent lecturers at Faculty of Electricity and Renewable Energy PLN Institue of Technology using non-probability, saturated sampling method. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software for Windows. The results found that Achievement Motivation, Competence and Leadership Behaviour have positive and significant impacts on Lecturer Performance. People in the institution leadership are advised to increase Lecturers’ Competence, Achievement Motivation, and the Institution’s Leadership Bahavior so that the lecturer performance can increase. Key words: Motivation for Achievement, Competence, Leadership Behavior, Lecturer Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Berprestasi, Kompetensi dan Perilaku Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Dosen di Fakultas Ketenagalistrikan dan Energi Terbarukan Institut Teknologi PLN. Populasi dari penelitian ini sebanyak 75 (tujuh puluh lima) dosen tetap di Fakultas Ketenagalistrikan dan Energi Terbarukan Institut Teknologi dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Berprestasi, Kompetensi dan Perilaku Kepemimpinan sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Dosen yang berada di Fakultas Ketenagalistrikan dan Energi Terbarukan Institut Teknologi PLN. Pimpinan Institut disarankan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dosen, motivasi berprestasi dan perilaku kepemimpinan agar kinerja dosen meningkat.
