Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work environment, and leadership style on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of UPT Jakarta Smart City. The data obtained were analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique through PLS software and Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that work facilities, work environment, and leadership style had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pegawai UPT Jakarta Smart City. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software PLS dan dengan software Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
