Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Motivation on the value of Employee Performance. The population in this study were 50 individuals. Secondary Data is obtained from various sources such as journalists and Primary Data is obtained by distributing Google Form Questionnaires to the Company's employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample and got 50 employees. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used IBM SPSS 25. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results are: (a) Leadership style has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (b) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap nilai Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 karyawan. Data Sekunder di peroleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnalis dan Data Primer di peroleh dengan menyebarkan Google Form Kuesioner pada karyawan Perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dan di dapatkan 50 karyawan. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data analisis menggunakan IBM SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasilnya adalah: (a) Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
