Abstract
The population of Sleman Regency in 2020 according to BPS data is 1,232,598, and the population growth rate of Sleman Regency is 1.02% in 2020. This causes the growth rate in the area to be quite high, and of course it must be followed by the provision of flats, with the large number of projects in the construction of flats will cause waste which can have an impact on ongoing projects. One of the efforts to minimize waste is to minimize waste and increase value, such as the Lean Construction principle (ajeng renata, 2021). Remaining material (Waste) affects the increase in costs incurred by the contractor so that they experience losses from excess or wasted material in construction projects. Research using SEM-PLS was carried out to determine the factors of material management, waste material management, project characteristics, and Lean Construction carried out by the project team that can have an impact on the implementation of project cost performance. Based on the results of the study, it was found that material management had the most dominant influence and Lean Construction was 0.206, thus the better the Lean Construction owned by the project team under any modeling conditions, it could contribute directly to the project's cost performance. Keywords: Cost Performance, Lean Construction, Waste, Material Management, SEM-PLS Jumlah penduduk Kabupaten Sleman Tahun 2020 menurut data BPS adalah 1.232.598, dan laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kabupaten Sleman adalah 1,02% pada tahun 2020 Hal ini menyebabkan laju pertumbuhan di daerah tersebut cukup tinggi, dan tentunya harus diikuti dengan adanya penyediaan rumah susun, dengan banyaknya pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan rumah susun akan menimbulkan waste yang bisa memberikan dampak untuk proyek yang sedang berjalan. Salah satu upaya untuk meminimalkan dariwaste adalah meminimalkan pemborosan dan meningkatkan value (nilai) seperti prinsipLean Constrction (konstruksi ramping) (ajeng renata, 2021). Sisa material (Waste) berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh pihak kontraktor sehingga mengalami kerugian dari material yang berlebih ataupun terbuang pada proyek konstruksi. Penelitian menggunakan SEM-PLS dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui faktor manajemen material, pengelolaan material sisa, project characteristic, dan Lean Construction yang dilakukan oleh tim proyek dapat membawa dampak bagi implementasi kinerja biaya proyek. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian di dapatkan mangemen material memberikan pengaruh paling dominan dan Lean Construction sebesar 0,206 dengan demikian semakin baik Lean Construction yang dimiliki oleh tim proyek dalam kondisi pemodelan apapun dapat berkontribusi langsung terhadap kinerja biaya proyek.
