Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital, good corporate governance and capital structure on firm value in food and beverage companies. The research sample was 9 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2013-2017. The analysis technique used is regression analysis (RA) using the SPSS 20 program. This study uses independent intellectual capital, good corporate governance and capital structures and the dependent variable is the value of the company. The results of this study show that the Intellectual Capital, Independent Commissioner and Capital Structure have a significant positive effect on Corporate Value. The Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on Company Values while the Board of Directors does not have a significant influence on Company Values. Keywords: Corporate Value, Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Board of Directors, Capital Structure Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intellectual capital, good corporate governance dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverage. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2013-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regression analysis (RA) dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen intellectual capital, good corporate governance dan struktur modal dan variabel dependen adalah nilai perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Intellectual Capital, Komisaris Independen dan Struktur Modal memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Komite Audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sedangkan Dewan Direksi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
