Abstract

The Kapuk Business Park building is a 4-storey building that functions as a paper warehouse and office office. There was a change in the function of the building with the addition of loads per floor. The initial design planned by the planning consultant did not take into account the earthquake load. To evaluate the structure of the Kapuk Business Park building using the LRFD method by giving a factor of 0.9 or becoming 0.9Pn, the preliminary design and structure modeling uses the SAP2000 assistance program, guided by perencanaan struktur baja SNI 1729: 2015, and pembebanan SNI 1727: 2013. After controlling the capacity of the structure by controlling the axial, shear, moment, and deflection elements in accordance with Perencanaan struktur baja SNI- 1729-2015 and loading structures guided by SNI-1727-2013, the middle column C1 is not able to withstand the axial force φPn = 3702.59 kN <Pu = 2783,428 kN, but able to withstand the bending moment, shear strength and deflection that occurs. the final value of the dynamic response of the building structure to the nominal earthquake loading due to the effect of the planned earthquake in a particular direction shows that the dynamic earthquake shear force requirements are met (V dynamic> 0.85 V static). Keywords: LRF, building structure, steel structure, addition of floors Gedung Kapuk Business Park merupakan gedung 4 lantai yang difungsikan sebagai gudang kertas dan juga office perkantoran. Terjadi perubahan fungsi gedung dengan adanya penambahan beban tiap lantai. Desain awal yang di rencanakan oleh konsultan perencana tidak memperhitungkan beban gempa. Untuk mengevaluasi struktur gedung Kapuk Business Park menggunakan metode LRFD dengan memberikan faktor 0.9 atau menjadi 0.9Pn, preliminary design dan permodelan struktur menggunakan program bantu SAP2000, berpedoman pada perencanaan struktur baja SNI 1729:2015, dan pembebanan sesuai SNI 1727:2013. Setelah melakukan kontrol kapasitas struktur yaitu dengan mengontrol elemen aksial, geser, momen, dan lendutan sesuai dengan pedoman Perencanaan struktur baja berpedoman pada SNI-1729-2015 dan Pembebanan struktur berpedoman pada SNI- 1727-2013 , kolom tengah C1 tidak mampu menahan gaya aksial φPn = 3702,59 kN < Pu = 2783.428 kN, namun mampu menahan momen lentur, kuat geser dan lendutan yang terjadi. hasil nilai akhir respons dinamik struktur gedung terhadap pembebanan gempa nominal akibat pengaruh gempa rencana dalam suatu arah tertentu menunjukan bahwa persyaratan gaya geser gempa dinamik memenuhi syarat (Vdinamik > 0,85Vstatik).
