Abstract
CV SARI GURIH is an industrial home that is engaged in the production of crackers. the results of field observations show that there is a lot of idle time. the purpose of this study was to determine the time of cracker production operations. This research is a case study using the Stop Time Study method. From the indication of the problem, namely the amount of idle time and waste of motion. The result of the standard output is 22.5 per hour. Recommendations for proposed improvements with the Time Study Stopwatch, namely by adding the amount of production to time and combining the elements of working dough with the working elements of grinding and combining the working elements of fried and fried 2. CV SARI GURIH merupakan home industri yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi kerupuk. hasil observasi lapangan menunjukan bahwa banyaknya waktu menganggur. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui waktu operasi produksi kerupuk. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode Stopwacth Time Study. Dari indikasi permasalahan yaitu banyaknya waktu menganggur dan waste of motion. Hasil dari output standar yaitu 22.5 per-jam. Rekomendasi usulan perbaikan dengan Stopwacth Time Study yakni dengan penambahan jumlah produksi agar waktu dan penggabungan elemen kerja adonan dengan elemen kerja penggilingan serta penggabungan elemen kerja goreng dengan goreng 2. Dan meningkatkan produktivitas 40% Kata kunci: Stopwacth Time Studi , Waste of Motion, Output Standar, Waktu Operasi.
