Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work stress on employee turnover intention PT. BCA Finance Karawang Branch. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 51 respondents with a sample collection technique that is saturated sampling technique. Evaluation of the Measurement Model (Outer Model) and Evaluation of the Structural Model (Inner Model) to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of data analysis show that: (i) Leadership partially has no effect on turnover intention, (ii) Motivation partially has no effect on turnover intention, (iii) Job stress partially affects turnover intention. Leadership and motivation have no significant effect on turnover intention, while work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Keywords:Leadership, Motivation, Job Stress and Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Turnover Intention Karyawan PT. BCA Finance Cabang Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu teknik sampling jenuh. Evaluasi Model Pengukuran (Outer Model) dan Evaluasi Model Struktural (Inner Model) untuk menguji dan membutikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisa data menunjukan bahwa: (i) Kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, (ii) Motivasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, (iii) Stres Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Kepemimpinan dan motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
