Abstract
Individual self-happiness is a subjective matter that needs to be approached with a positive emotional response, such as gratitude for the happiness experienced by some employees. By understanding their own limitations, individuals will be able to comprehend their strengths and weaknesses in order to focus on enhancing their personal value. As an employee's self-happiness increases, it will lead to an enhancement in their work innovative behavior, thereby fostering new breakthroughs to elevate employee performance within the company. This study aims to measure the extent of the influence of self-happiness and work innovative behavior on employee performance at PT. Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera in Tangerang City. The study included a sample of 50 participants, selected using a nonprobability sampling technique known as saturation sampling. The results of the analysis, conducted through multiple linear regression analysis using the F-test method, revealed significant findings. The significance values for self-happiness and work innovative behavior were found to be 0.00, which is less than 0.05. Additionally, the calculated F-value of 22.643 was greater than the critical value of 3.20. These results indicate a simultaneous influence between self-happiness and work innovative behavior on employee performance, as determined through the use of SPSS 20.0 software. Consequently, it can be concluded that this study has identified a significant combined impact of self-happiness and work innovative behavior on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Self Happiness, Work Innovative Behaviour Self happiness seseorang merupakan sebuah hal yang subjektif dan perlu ditanggapi dengan emosional yang positif seperti rasa syukur atas kebahagiaan yang telah diterima oleh sebagaian karyawan. Dengan memahami batas kemampuan dirinya maka seseorang akan mampu memahami kekurangan dan kelebihan yang dimiliki agar dapat fokus meningkatkan value dirinya. Dengan meningkatnya self happiness seorang karyawan maka akan meningkatkan work innovative behaviour seorang karyawan untuk membuat sebuah trobosan baru guna meningkatkan kinerja kerja karyawan di perusahaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh self happiness dan work innovative behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Gilang Lemindo Sejahtera Kota Tangerang, dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 50 orang dan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda dengan metode Uji F menunjukan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai signifikasi self happiness dan work innovative behaviour adalah 0.00 < 0.05 dan nilai F hitung yaitu 22.643 > 3.20 sehingga hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang simultan antara Self happiness dan Work Innovative terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 20.0. Maka dapat disimpulkanbahwa penelitian ini menemukan bahwa self happiness dan work innovative behaviour yang berjalan bersamaan akan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
