Abstract
The aim of this research is to know the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk for Millennials through the Bakti Internship Program at BCA KCP Mall Grand Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted on BCA KCP Mall Grand Indonesia Leaders, Supervisors of the Bakti BCA Internship Program and participants with a total of 7 informants. Data collection method using interviews. The results obtained by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Internship Bakti program refer to a centralized implementation approach where the program is managed directly by the company. In the Bakti Internship Corporate Social Responsibility (CS)R program, the company refers to BCA's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pillar, namely Smart Solutions where BCA through the Bakti Internship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program can improve the quality of the younger generation's human resources by providing knowledge and experience about the world of banking.
