Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on the level of Work Engagement of employees in PT. XYZ. Work Life Balance refers to the balance between an individual's professional responsibilities and aspects of their personal life, including family, social activities, personal interests, and personal well-being. On the other hand, job satisfaction indicates the extent to which a person feels satisfied and happy with his work, including feelings arising from achieving work goals, interactions with co-workers and superiors, opportunities for growth, rewards, and the extent to which the work meets personal needs and expectations. This study applied a qualitative method using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. For research subjects, PT. XYZ in Jakarta was determined by 110 respondents. The collected data were then analyzed using SPSS software version 25.0 for Windows, using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression techniques to examine the impact of the variables Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on the level of Work Engagement. The results of the analysis show that Work Life Balance has a significant effect on the level of Work Engagement of 24.2%, while Job Satisfaction also has a significant effect on Work Engagement of 25.7%. In this context, the positive influence between Work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on the level of Work Engagement is measured at 24.2%. Keywords: Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh antara Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap tingkat Work Engagement karyawan di perusahaan PT. XYZ. Work Life Balance merujuk pada keseimbangan antara tanggung jawab profesional individu dan aspek kehidupan pribadi mereka, termasuk keluarga, aktivitas sosial, minat pribadi, dan kesejahteraan personal. Di sisi lain, kepuasan kerja mengindikasikan sejauh mana seseorang merasa puas dan senang terhadap pekerjaannya, mencakup perasaan yang timbul dari pencapaian tujuan pekerjaan, interaksi dengan rekan kerja dan atasan, kesempatan untuk pertumbuhan, penghargaan, serta sejauh mana pekerjaan tersebut memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan pribadi. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan penggunaan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Untuk subjek penelitian, PT. XYZ di Jakarta ditetapkan 110 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25.0 untuk Windows, menggunakan teknik regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji dampak variabel Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap tingkat Work Engagement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat Work Engagement sebesar 24,2%, sementara Kepuasan Kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Work Engagement sebesar 25,7%. Dalam konteks ini, pengaruh positif antara Work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap tingkat Work Engagement terukur sebesar 24,2%. Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Kepuasan Kerja, Work Engagement
