Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of authentic personal branding and stress on work achievement at PT. Wook Global Technology in post-pandemic times. This research uses causal associative approach and uses quantitative method. The sample obtaining technique in this study used a saturated sample technique and the total number of respondents in this study amounted to 87 employees at the head office of PT. Wook Global Technology. The processing of this research uses the help of SPSS software. The analysis in this study aims to test the hypothesis using simple and multiple linear regression. The results of this study shows that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between stress on work achievement, (2) there is a positive and significant influence of authentic personal branding on work achievement, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence between authentic personal branding and stress on work achievement. Keywords: stress, authentic personal branding, work achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh authentic personal branding dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja pada karyawan kantor pusat PT. Wook Global Technology pada masa pasca pandemi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain asosiatif kausal dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pemeroleh sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan tota responden penelitian ini berjumlah 87 karyawan kantor pusat PT. Wook Global Technology. Pengolahan penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Analisis dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara stres terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan authentic personal branding terhadap prestasi kerja, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara authentic personal branding dan stres terhadap prestasi kerja. Kata Kunci: stres, authentic personal branding, prestasi kerja.
