Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of company size, profitability, leverage against the value of the company. The population in this research is the telecommunications sector sub companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period in 2008-2017 of 5 companies. Sampling in research researchers using the method of purposive sampling, namely the selection of the sample is not random information obtained by certain considerations and mengeliminasinya, as well as using linear regression analysis method multiplied by using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the profitability of the company and the size effect on the value of the company. However, leverage does not affect the value of the company. Keywords: company size, profitability, leverage, the value of the company. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2008-2017 yang berjumlah 5 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel tidak acak yang informasinya diperoleh dengan pertimbangan tertentu dan mengeliminasinya, serta menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Akan tetapi, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, nilai perusahaan.
