Abstract

Kebayoran Station (KBY) is a station located in an area adjacent to the Kebayoran Lama market, South Jakarta. Even though its location is in a densely populated area, there are still some problems that occur in the parking space that has been provided, namely not enough of the place to meet the parking needs of its users. The method used in this study is to supervise vehicles that will go in and out of the parking area to get data in the form of parking duration, and conduct a satisfaction questionnaire to the respondents. This research is needed to obtain data on vehicle parking capacity and also for performance evaluation for the manager. In this study, it was found that, users felt that the existing performance was still not optimal. Also, the current capacity is not sufficient for the needs of existing parking spaces so an increase in capacity is needed. Also, cleanliness and security in the form of CCTV presence also need to be improved. Keywords: parking needs, parking capacity, user satisfaction. Stasiun Kebayoran (KBY) adalah stasiun yang terletak di areal yang berdekatan dengan pasar Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta Selatan. Meskipun lokasinya yang berada di daerah padat penduduk masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi pada lahan parkir yang sudah disediakan, yaitu tidak cukupnya tempat tersebut untuk memenuhi kebutuhan parkir penggunanya. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan pengawasan kendaraan yang akan keluar masuk area lahan parkir untuk mendapatkan data berupa durasi parkir, serta melakukan kuisoner kepuasan kepada para responden. Penelitian ini diperlukan untuk mendapatkan data mengenai kapasitas parkir kendaraan dan juga untuk evaluasi kinerja bagi pihak pengelola. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa, para pengguna merasa kinerja yang ada masih belum maksimal. Dan juga, kapasitas yang ada saat ini tidak mencukupi kebutuhan ruang parkir yang ada sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas. Serta, kebersihan serta keamaan berupa kehadiran CCTV juga perlu ditingkatkan. Kata kunci : kebutuhan parkir, kapasitas parkir, kepuasan pengguna.
