Abstract

A successful construction project depends on the success of each job in the project. One important factor that is the key to project success is the timeliness of the project. This can be achieved if you work efficiently, that is, you can work effectively according to the number of working hours available and you can produce the volume of work according to the plan. In case studies of the interior construction of luxury homes, delays are often found, especially in the wall panel treatment work. On the other hand, this work also has a big influence on the weight of the project because it has a greater weight than other work. The purpose of this study was to determine labor productivity in wall panel treatment work in interior work. This research was conducted using the work sampling method through field observations. Workers are grouped according to their activities, then calculate the value of LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) to determine the level of productivity. This research was conducted by examining the activities of labor groups in one cycle of wall panel treatment work. Based on the results of calculating worker productivity, the LUF value for each job is 71% for list installation workers, 67% for caulking workers, and 75% for painting workers. A LUF value of more than 50% indicates that the level of worker productivity is still effective. Efforts made to increase the productivity of the wall panel treatment work to achieve the duration according to plan are by adding the list installation workers to 3 masons and 3 helpers, caulking workers to 2 caulkers, and painting workers to 2 painters. Keywords: Productivity, Labor, Work Sampling, LUF, Wall Panel Treatment Work Suatu keberhasilan proyek konstruksi secara keseluruhan tergantung dari keberhasilan setiap pekerjaan yang ada dalam proyek tersebut. Salah satu faktor penting yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan proyek adalah ketepatan waktu proyek. Hal ini dapat tercapai jika bekerja secara efisien, yaitu dapat bekerja efektif sesuai dengan jumlah jam kerja yang ada dan dapat menghasilkan volume pekerjaan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Dalam studi kasus pembangunan interior pada rumah mewah, sering ditemukan keterlambatan khususnya pada pekerjaan wall panel treatment, dilain sisi, pekerjaan ini juga berpengaruh besar pada bobot proyek karena memiliki bobot yang lebih besar dibanding pekerjaan lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan wall panel treatment dalam pekerjaan bidang interior. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode work sampling melalui observasi di lapangan. Tenaga kerja dikelompokan sesuai aktivitas kegiatannya, kemudian menghitung nilai LUF (Labor Utilization Factor) untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitasnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan meneliti aktivitas kelompok tenaga kerja pada satu siklus pekerjaan wall panel treatment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan produktivitas pekerja didapatkan nilai LUF pada masingmasing pekerjaan yaitu pekerja pemasangan list sebesar 71%, pekerja pendempulan sebesar 67%, dan pekerja pengecatan sebesar 75%. Nilai LUF yang lebih dari 50% menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas pekerja tergolong masih efektif. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas pekerjaan wall panel treatment untuk mencapai durasi yang sesuai dengan rencana adalah dengan penambahan pekerja pemasangan list menjadi 3 tukang dan 3 kenek, pekerja pendempulan menjadi 2 tukang dempul, dan pekerja pengecatan menjadi 2 tukang cat.
