Abstract
The mode of public transportation is a means of urban transportation that cannot be separated from the system of urban activities, especially for people who use public transportation who do not have the choice of other modes to carry out their activities. The performance of the urban transport system is also strongly influenced by the infrastructure and facilities available as well as the policies / management applied. The calculation of public transport performance requires data from dynamic and static surveys, data used in dynamic surveys are delivered, the number of passengers rises and passengers decrease and travel time per segment, while data from static surveys are delivered, time between public transportation 1 and time between angkot 2nd, and the results of data processing are guided by service standards according to the Directorate General of Land Transportation. Based on the questionnaire data obtained in the analysis of C03 public transport Ciledug route - Puri Indah Mall, it can be concluded that most of the majority who ride public transportation are elementary, middle, high school students and most adults rarely ride public transportation C03.From the results of the analysis obtained by using the performance standards of public transport services C03 Ciledug route - Puri Indah Mall can be categorized well. Load factor research results at rush hour by 30% and load factors outside rush hour by 19.81%, Travel Speed (km/h) obtained an average value of 15.54 km/h, average travel time (minutes/km) average of 4.72 minutes / km, Headway time Average of 5.01 minutes, Average Frequency of 13 and average waiting time of 2.50 minutes, Assessment results show the performance value of public transport services C03 can be categorized Good, from the results of the overall quisioner C03 public transport passengers consider service from public transport C03 Good. Moda angkutan umum merupakan sarana transportasi perkotaan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari sistem kegiatan perkotaan, khususnya bagi masyarakat pengguna angkutan umum yang tidak mempunyai pilihan moda lain untuk melakukan aktivitasnya. Kinerja sistem angkutan perkotaan ini juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh prasarana dan sarana yang tersedia serta kebijakan/manajemen yang diterapkan. Perhitungan Kinerja angkutan umum ini membutuhkan data dari survey dinamis dan statis, data yang digunakan pada survey dinamis diantarnya, jumlah penumpang naik dan penumpang turun dan waktu tempuh per segmen, sedangkan data dari survey statis diantarnya, waktu antar angkutan umum ke 1 dengan waktu antar angkot ke 2, dan hasil pengolahan data berpedoman pada standart pelayanan menurut Ditjen Perhubungan Darat. Berdasarkan data kuisioner yang didapat pada analisis angkutan umum C03 trayek Ciledug – Puri Indah Mall, dapat disumpulkan bahwa kebanyakan mayoritas yang menaiki angkutan umum adalah para pelajar SD, SMP, SMA dan kebanyakan orang dewasa jarang sekali menaiki angkutan umum C03. Dari hasil analisis yang didapat dengan menggunakan standar kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum trayek C03 Ciledug – Puri Indah Mall dapat dikatagorikan baik. Hasil penelitian faktor muat pada jam sibuk sebesar 30% dan faktor muat diluar jam sibuk sebesar 19,81%, Kecepatan Perjalanan (km/jam) diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 15,54 km/jam, waktu perjalanan (menit/km) rata-rata sebesar 4,72 menit/km, waktu antar (Headway) Rata-rata sebesar 5,01 menit, Frekuensi Rata-rata 13 dan waktu tunggu rata-rata sebesar 2,50 menit, Hasil penilaian menunjukan nilai kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum C03 dapat dikatagorikan Baik, dari hasil quisioner secara keseluruha penumpang angkutan umum C03 menganggap pelayanan dari angkutan umum C03 Baik.
