Abstract

Covid-19 menjadi perhatian publik sejak kemunculannya di China pada 2019 dan telah menjadi pandemi global. Di Indonesia, kasus positif mencapai 5 juta, dan pemerintah melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan penularan, termasuk tes massal. Bumame Farmasi TB Simatupang, cabang Bumame Farmasi di Jakarta, menjadi penyedia layanan tes Covid- 19 berstandar internasional. Dalam menjalankan visi mereka, komunikasi organisasi yang baik antara pimpinan dan karyawan menjadi kunci untuk mencapai kepuasan komunikasi dan kesuksesan perusahaan dalam menghadapi pandemi ini. Namun, terdapat beberapa masalah dalam pola komunikasi di cabang tersebut yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Dengan berfokuskan bagaimana pola komunikasi organisasi antara pimpinan dan karyawan yang digunakan oleh Bumame Farmasi TB Simatupang untuk membangun kepuasan komunikasi dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola komunikasi organisasi yang digunakan antara pimpinan dan karyawan dalam membangun kepuasan komunikasi di Bumame Farmasi TB Simatupang. Komunikasi organisasi melibatkan aliran informasi formal dan informal di antara anggota organisasi, dengan pola komunikasi seperti rantai, roda, lingkaran, huruf Y, atau semua saluran. Kepuasan komunikasi terjadi ketika harapan dan realitas komunikasi sesuai, melibatkan aspek pekerjaan, ketepatan informasi, kualitas media, interaksi dengan teman sekerja, dan keterlibatan dalam komunikasi organisasi. Penelitian di Bumame Farmasi TB Simatupang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Fungsi komunikasi di perusahaan ini melibatkan penyampaian gagasan, meningkatkan kemampuan anggota, dan keterlibatan dalam isu-isu organisasi. Pola komunikasi yang efektif penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan komunikasi dan kesuksesan perusahaan, yang dapat diwujudkan melalui reward, pendekatan antara atasan dan bawahan, serta efisiensi komunikasi dalam organisasi. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Pola Komunikasi, Kepuasan Komunikasi. Covid-19 has become a public concern since its appearance in China in 2019 and has become a global pandemic. In Indonesia, positive cases have reached 5 million, and the government is making various efforts to prevent transmission, including mass testing. Bumame Pharmacy TB Simatupang, a branch of Bumame Pharmacy in Jakarta, is a provider of international standard Covid-19 test services. In carrying out their vision, good organizational communication between leaders and employees is the key to achieving communication satisfaction and the company's success in dealing with this pandemic. However, there are several problems in the communication pattern at the branch that need to be corrected in order to increase work effectiveness. By focusing on how organizational communication patterns between leaders and employees are used by Bumame TB Simatupang Pharmacy to build communication satisfaction and aiming to find out the organizational communication patterns used between leaders and employees in building communication satisfaction at Bumame TB Simatupang Pharmacy. Organizational communication involves the formal and informal flow of information among organizational members, with communication patterns such as chains, wheels, circles, the letter Y, or all channels. Communication satisfaction occurs when expectations and reality of communication match, involving work aspects, information accuracy, media quality, interaction with co-workers, and involvement in organizational communication. Research at Bumame Pharmacy TB Simatupang uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The communications function in this company involves conveying ideas, enhancing member capabilities, and getting involved in organizational issues. Effective communication patterns are important for increasing communication satisfaction and company success, which can be realized through rewards, approaches between superiors and subordinates, and communication efficiency within the organization.
