Abstract
This study aims to examine most of the factors that have the potential to affect company value and place financial distress as a moderating factor in the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) relationships and financial performance on company value in tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2020. The data is obtained from the financial statements of each company. The research sample is 20 companies obtained by purposive sampling method. The model used in this research is the panel data model and the EVIEWS 9 application is used to manage data within a 5 year prediction time. The conclusion of this study is that only two of the four GCG mechanisms have a significant effect on firm value. Three out of four of the financial performance information model have a significant effect on firm value. Firm size, sales growth and financial distress have a significant effect on firm value. Financial distress moderates the influence of GCG as proxied by audit committees, independent commissioners and directors, as well as the effect of financial performance proxied by leverage ratios and activity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Sebagian besar faktor yang berpotensi mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dan menempatkan financial distress sebagi faktor yang memoderasi pengaruh hubungan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan pariwisata yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan masing-masing perusahaan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah model data panel dan digunakan aplikasi EVIEWS 9 untuk mengelola data dalam waktu prediksi 5 tahun. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu hanya dua dari empat mekanisme GCG yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Tiga dari empat dari model informasi kinerja keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan penjualan dan financial distress berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Financial distress memoderasi pengaruh GCG yang diprosikan oleh komite audit, komisaris independen dan direksi, serta pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan rasio leverage dan aktvitas. Kata kunci: Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuangan, Financial Distress, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
