Abstract
The goal This Research is too know the satisfaction Effect user SAIBA application, with the efficient and effective user application work account system. This research is quantitative with use survey method to the employed where work in Prof. DR. Hamka Muhammadiyah University. We used tools to analyzed data in this research is SPSS. Data come from questionnaire where was distribute too all employed in october 2018. The end of this research refer satisfaction component user consist with fitter function completed, Stability toughness, user frendly, innovation, secure and flexibilities. With the efficient work is not significant satisfaction but there is one variabel is the secure can take effect with efficient user application account. Keyword: User Satisfaction, Work Efectifity, Work Eficiance, SAIBA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Unsur-unsur Kepuasan Pengguna Apikasi SAIBA terhadap Efisiensi dan Efektivitas Kerja Pengguna Aplikasi Sistem Akuntansis Instansi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaf dengan menggunakan metode survei kepada karyawan yang bekerja Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Data yang digunakan berasal dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan selama bulan Oktober 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengaruh Unsur-unsur Kepuasan Pengguna yang terdiri dari kelengkapan fungsi fitur, stabilitas keandalan, kemudahan pengguna, inovasi, keamanan, dan fleksibilitas terhadap Efisiensi Kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan namun terdapat satu variabel yaitu keamanan yang berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi kerja pengguna aplikasi sistem akuntansi instansi, Pengaruh Unsur-unsur Kepuasan Pengguna terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pengguna aplikasi sistem akuntansi instansi secara keseuruhan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Pengguna, SAIBA, efisiensi Kerja, Efektivitas Kerja.
