Abstract

Surabaya, Indonesia's second-largest city, is presently undergoing regional and national development. The number of automobiles that support human activities and movements in their pursuit for their fundamental requirements may rise in Surabaya as a result of inadequate public transportation and facilities such vehicle waiting areas (stops) that are starting to deteriorate. Of course, the number of traffic jams in the city is directly proportional to This.The goal of the Final Architectural Planning Task (Transit Hub in the Gubeng Area) is for dense growth to be connected by high-speed trains, intercity buses, innercity buses, LRT-MRT, and other public transportation services. Within the area, cultural heritage buildings are urged to be included in transit-oriented development. The multiple transportation options within the metro area are interconnected and accessible on foot. Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar kedua di Indonesia yang saat ini sedang mengalami perkembangan serta pertumbuhan nasional, Pertumbuhan populasi serta peningkatan ekonomi di Surabaya dapat memacu pertumbuhan jumlah kendaraan sebagai sarana transportasi yang mendukung kegiatan serta pergerakan manusia dalam usahanya mencari kebutuhan hidupnya, tentu berbanding lurus dengan angka kemacetan di kota tersebut. minimnya moda transportasi umum yang layak dan kurangnya sarana seperti area tunggu kendaraan (Halte) yang mulai tidak terawat. Tujuan Tugas Perencanaan Arsitektur Akhir (Transit Hub Di Kawasan Gubeng) ini dimaksudkan untuk pembangunan padat yang dihubungkan dengan kereta api berkecepatan tinggi, bus antar kota, bus dalam kota, LRT-MRT dan layanan transport public lainnya. Transit oriented development terus digalakkan dan mencakup bangunan cagar budaya yang ada dalam radius kawasan. Dalam wilayah metropolitan terhubung dengan berbagai moda Transportasi saling terhubung dan dapat di akses dengan berjalan kaki.
