Abstract

Komunikasi instruksional merupakansuatu pendekatan yang terstruktur dan sistematis untuk mentransfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari seorang pengajar kepada para pembelajar. Di tengah pandemi Covid-19, komunikasi instruksional telah mengalami pergeseran dalam konteks pendidikan menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh atau pembelajaran daring. Dosen memiliki strategi komunikasi instruksional dalam menjalani pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif diwujudkan dengan kata-kata, kalimat dan tidak berbentuk dalam angka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu tiga orang dosen dan tiga orang mahasiswa. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi instruksional memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa. Metode tatap muka daring dianggap sebagaisarana yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi interaksi dan pemahaman materi pembelajaran. Hasil Kesimpulan ini adalah implementasi strategi komunikasi instruksional di Universitas Mercu Buana bahwa dosen telah melaksanakan urutan kegiatan instruksional dengan baik. Namun, terdapat kendala teknis dalam pengumpulan tugas secara online. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya komunikasi instruksional dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih baik dalam era pembelajaran daring, dan mendorong perhatian terhadap strategi komunikasi yang lebih optimal dalam konteks ini. Kata kunci: komunikasi instruksional, pembelajaran daring, pengalaman belajar mahasiswa, metode pembelajaran Instructional communication is a structured and systematic approach to transferring knowledge and skills from a teacher to a learner. In the midst of the Covid- 19 pandemic, instructional communication has undergone a shift in the context of education to distance learning or online learning. Lecturers have instructional communication strategies in undergoing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research realized with words, sentences and not shaped in numbers. The research method used is the case study research method. Data collection through in-depth interviews with the subjects of this study, namely three lecturers and three students. The findings of this study show that instructional communication has a crucial role in improving the student learning experience. The online face-to-face method is considered an effective means to facilitate interaction and understanding of learning material. The conclusion is the implementation of instructional communication strategies at Mercu Buana University that lecturers have implemented a sequence of instructional activities well. However, there are technical obstacles in submitting assignments online. This research highlights the importance of instructional communication in creating better learning experiences in the era of online learning, and encourages attention to more optimal communication strategies in this context.
