Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline and work environment on teacher performance. The population in this study were teachers at SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta. Samples were taken as many as 38 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determining the sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore, this study states that the variable work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, work discipline has a significant positive effect on teacher performance, and the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta. Keywords : Motivation, Discipline, Environment, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 38 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variable motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 229 Jakarta.
