Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, service quality and trust on the decision to purchase Kabita Wedding Organizer services. The method used is quantitative. The population is the consumers of Kabita Wedding Organizer. The sampling technique used references according to Hair et al as many as 150 respondents. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis tool The results of this study are brand image has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service Quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Trust has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Trust and Purchase Decisio Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Kabita Wedding Organizer. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah konsumen konsumen Kabita Wedding Organizer. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan referensi menurut Hair et al sebanyak 150 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS 3.0 Hasil penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kualitas Pelayanan ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kepercayaan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan,Kepercayaan dan Keputusan Pembelian
