Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work safety on job satisfaction at Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. The object of research is all permanent employees who work at Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. The research population is all permanent employees of PT. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta with a total of 118 employees, using the Slovin formula determined 92 respondents as a sample. Data collection method with quantitative descriptive. The data obtained is based on the results of distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis method with Multiple Linear Regression, with SPSS.25. The results of the study stated that the variable work motivation had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the work environment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and work safety had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at Pt Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. It is recommended for companies to pay more attention to employees to increase the level of job satisfaction obtained by each employee and for further research to develop other variables to measure employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Safety, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. Objek penelitian seluruh karyawan tetap yang bekerja pada Pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. Populasi penelitian seluruh karyawan tetap pt. Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta sejumlah 118 karyawan, menggunakan rumus Slovin ditemukan 92 responden sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form. Metode analisis data dengan Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan SPSS.25. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keuasan kerja pada Pt Tirta Varia Intipratama Jakarta. Disarankan bagi perusahaan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada karyawan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang didapatkan oleh setiap karyawan dan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan variabelvariabel lain untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja karyawan.
