Abstract

This study is to analyze the influence of the family environment and income expectations as forming entrepreneurial attitudes and their impact on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The object of this research is the students of the Mercu Buana University management study program. This research was conducted on 180 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of the sample size using the Slovin sample technique, which is not taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that the family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial attitudes and family environment, income expectations, entrepreneurial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while income expectations have no effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. Keywords: Family Environment, Income Expectations, Entrepreneurial Attitudes, Entrepreneurial Intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan ekspektasi pendapatan sebagai pembentuk sikap berwirausaha dan dampaknya terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajemen Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 180 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel slovin yaitu tidak mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga, ekspektasi pendapatan, sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha sedangkan ekspektasi pendapatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha.
