Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini sudah merambah semua sektor tak terkecuali di dunia pemerintahan. Hal ini yang menjadikan penggunaan media sosial sebagai salah satu inovasi tata kelola pemerintah dalam mempublikasikan serta menyebarluaskan informasi terkait program dan kebijakannya kepada publik, serta membangun komunikasi dan interaksi yang lebih cepat dan tepat untuk berpartisipasi dalam pertukaran informasi melalui daring (online). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan media sosial Galeri Nasional Indonesia pada program Zona Integritas menuju Wilayah Bebas Korupsi (ZI-WBK) Tahun 2021. Teori yang digunakan yaitu New Media, Integrasi Informasi oleh Martin Feishbein, dan The Circular Model of Some oleh Regina Luttrell dalam bukunya Media Sosial How to Engage, Share, and Connect. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian ialah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan paradigma post-positivis. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data pada penelitian ini adalah triangulansi sumber. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara kepada key informan yaitu Tim Kelompok Kerja IV (Pokja IV): Kemitraan, Humas, dan Publikasi, sekaligus sebagai Tim Kerja Reformasi Birokrasi Galeri Nasional Indonesia, dan informan yang merupakan followers dari akun media sosial Galeri Nasional Indonesia yang kemudian akan dianalisis dengan sumber lain melalui studi kepustakaan dan diperkuat dengan adanya dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa media sosial yang diintegrasikan kedalam Program ZI-WBK yaitu Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, dan WhatsApp. Adapun cara mengintegrasikan media sosial tersebut kedalam program ZI-WBK yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media publikasi, komunikasi dan informasi. Pada prakteknya media sosial ini dapat digunakan sebagai wadah diskusi, berbagi video dan gambar, serta berbagi link informasi seputar program ZI-WBK Galeri Nasional Indonesia. Advances in information technology have now penetrated all sectors, including the world of government. This has made the use of social media as one of the innovations in government governance in publishing and disseminating information related to its programs and policies to the public, as well as building faster and more precise communication and interaction to participate in the exchange of information online. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of social media at the National Gallery of Indonesia in the Integrity Zone program towards a Corruption Free Region (ZI-WBK) in 2021. The theories used are New Media, Information Integration by Martin Feishbein, and The Circular Model of Some by Regina Luttrell in her book Social Media How to Engage, Share, and Connect. This research uses a qualitative approach and the research method is descriptive qualitative using a post-positivist paradigm. The data validity checking technique in this research is source triangulation. Data was obtained through interviews with key informants, namely the Working Group IV Team (Pokja IV): Partnership, Public Relations, and Publications, as well as the Bureaucratic Reform Working Team of Galeri Nasional Indonesia, and informants who are followers of Galeri Nasional Indonesia's social media accounts which will then be analyzed with other sources through literature study and strengthened by documentation. The results of the study found that social media integrated into the ZIWBK Program are Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and WhatsApp. The way to integrate social media into the ZI-WBK program is by utilizing social media as a medium of publication, communication and information. In practice, this social media can be used as a forum for discussion, sharing videos and images, and sharing information links about the Galeri Nasional Indonesia ZI-WBK program.
