Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work from home, work family conflict and role ambiguity on employee performance at PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. The place of this research was conducted at PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. The number of samples used was 60 respondents using the saturated sample technique. The method used in this study is the associative method. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that work from home had a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Role ambiguity has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Keywords: Work From Home, Work Family Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work from home, work family conflict dan ambiguitas peran terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 60 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode asosiatif. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work from home berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Omnitech Global Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Work From Home, Work Family Conflict, Ambiguitas Peran, Kinerja Karyawan.
