Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, psychological empowerment on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mentari Books Indonesia. This research was conducted on 50 respondents, using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh emotional intelligence, psychological empowerment terhadap organizatinal commitment dan organizational citizenship behavior pada PT.Mentari Books Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 Responden, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizatinal commitment. psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizatinal commitment. organizatinal commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. emotional intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. psychological empowerment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
