Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Waterway Indonesia This research is a quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Waterway Indonesia with a total population of 59 employees. This study uses SEM data analysis techniques and data processing using PLS with a population of 59 employees. The data collection technique was done by purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performanc Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Tehadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Waterway Indonesia Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Waterway Indonesia dengan populasi seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 59 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data SEM dan pengelolahan data menggunakan PLS dengan jumlah populasi 59 Karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
