Abstract
This writing aims to examine and analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Turnover Intention at PT. Omni Lumins Brilliant Jakarta. The research was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires and the population of this study consisted of employees of PT. Omni Lumins Cemerlang Jakarta with a population of 55 employees and a sample of 15 respondents with a quantitative approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using the survey method. In the method of analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with Smart PLS 3.0 analysis. The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Servant Leadership has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant impact on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Turnover Intention Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership, Organizational Commitment, terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Turnover Intention di PT. Omni Lumins Cemerlang Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari karyawan PT. Omni Lumins Cemerlang Jakarta dengan jumlah populasi 55 karyawan dan sampel 15 responden dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey. Dalam metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan analisis Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukan bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Servant Leadership berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Commitment berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention.
