Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of motivation, work discipline and financial rewards on the employee performance of Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. The object of this research are all employees who work at division engineering and kitchen of Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the variables of motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and financial rewards has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Financial Rewards, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin kerja dan penghargaan finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja pada divisi engineering dan kitchen di Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan penghargaan finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Menteng Jakarta Pusat.
