Abstract

Jakarta Smart City (JSC) adalah Unit Pengelola di bawah Dinas Komunikasi Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Statistik Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Bertugas untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi demi memaksimalkan pelayanan publik di Jakarta. Salah satu layanan yang di kelola oleh Jakarta Smart City adalah Cepat Respon Masyarakat (CRM). CRM adalah aplikasi yang terintegrasi pada sistem JSC untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat bagi SKPD/UKPD/BUMD agar dapat berkoordinasi dan menyelesaikan laporan warga secara lebih mudah. Penelitian ni dilakukan karena JSC belum pernah melakukan evaluasi manajemen risiko Teknologi Informasi (TI) untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas pengelolaan risiko yang telah dicapai. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan instansi dalam mengelola setiap risiko. Analisis tata kelola TI dilakukan menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 untuk mengukur tingkat kapabilitas pengelolaan risiko. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif. Kata kunci : Jakarta Smart City, Cobit 2019, Risiko. Jakarta Smart City (JSC) is a Management Unit under the Communications Office of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government of Communication, Information and Statistics. Tasked with optimizing the use of technology in order to maximize public services in Jakarta. One of the services managed by Jakarta Smart City is Rapid Community Response (CRM). CRM is an application that is integrated into the JSC system to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public complaints services for SKPD/UKPD/BUMD so that they can coordinate and complete citizen reports more easily. This research was conducted because JSC has never conducted an Information Technology (IT) risk management evaluation to determine the level of risk management capability that has been achieved. This research is expected to improve the agency's ability to manage each risk. The IT governance analysis is carried out using the COBIT 2019 framework to measure the level of risk management capability. The research method used is qualitative method.
