Abstract
The study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication, teamwork and organizational culture on employee performance. Population in this research is 40 employees of the head office PT. Union Metal. The sample used is a saturation sampling in which the specimen was determined by taking the entire population as a responder or sample. The methods of data collection using survey method, with research instruments is a questionnaire. The data-analysis method using Partial Least Square. The study proves that organizational communication has a positive and significant effect performance on employee performance, teamwork has a positive and significant effect performance on employee performance, and organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, kerjasama tim dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 karyawan head office PT. Union Metal. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana penentuan sampel dengan cara mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden atau sampel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
