Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Period and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. X Division of Human Resources and Finance Division. To determine success and sustainable development, the company must now have a good system and a qualified workforce. Human resources are one of the important factors that must be managed by the company. The population in this study was employees of PT. X who works in the Human Resource Division and Finance Division of 66 employees. Based on the total population, the author took 100% of the population in the Human Resource Division and Finance Division as many as 66 respondents or referred to as saturated sample technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with PLS Version 3 analysis tool. The results of the study show that (1) Work Period has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keyword: Employee Performance, Work Period, Work Motivation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Masa Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. X Divisi Human Resource dan Divisi Finance. Untuk menentukan keberhasilan dan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan, maka perusahaan saat ini harus memiliki sistem yang baik dan tenaga kerja yang berkualitas. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus bisa dikelola oleh perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. X yang bekerja pada Divisi Human Resource dan Divisi Finance sebanyak 66 karyawan. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi tersebut, penulis mengambil 100% jumlah populasi yang ada pada Divisi Human Resource dan Divisi Finance sebanyak 66 responden atau disebut dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis PLS Versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Masa Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja, Masa Kerja.
