Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload, work stress, and compensation for turnover intention of a case study at PT. Sarana Prima Mulya. The population in this study were 124 respondents of PT. Sarana Prima Mulya. The sample used was 95 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 2.078> 1.96 and the original sample value of 0.225 is positive. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 3.668> 1.96 and an original sample value of 0.309 with a positive value. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention with a significance value of 4.509> 1.96 and the original sample value of -0.431 is negative. Keywords: Workload, Work Stres, Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja, stres kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention studi kasus pada PT. Sarana Prima Mulya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 124 responden PT. Sarana Prima Mulya. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 95 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi 2.078 > 1,96 dan nilai original sample 0.225 bernilai positif. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi 3.668 > 1,96 dan nilai original sample 0.309 bernilai positif. Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai signifikansi 4.509 > 1,96 dan nilai original sample -0.431 bernilai negatif.
