Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, compensation for turn over intention "(case study on employees in central Jakarta PT.Cahaya Bintang Armanda The population in this study were 109 employees at Samples. used is the PT.Cahaya Bintang Armanda population that is 86, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses the saturated sample technique.The data collection method uses the survey method, the research instrument is a questionnaire.The data analysis method uses SPSS 23. This research proves that job satisfaction, workmotivation, compensation to turn over intension of employees PT.Cahaya Bintang Armanda. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Compensation, TurnOver Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi terhadap turnover intention” (studi kasus pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Bintang Armanda di Jakarta Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 109 karyawan pada PT.Cahaya Bintang Armanda. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah seluruh populasi yaitu 86, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, kompensasi terhadap turnover intension pada karyawan PT.Cahaya Bintang Armanda.
