Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Liquidity, Solvency and Activity on Profitability. The population of this research is Property And Retail Sub Sector Companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Determine of the number of sample using purposive sampling method, so that it is obtained by 13 companies. This research using quantitative descriptive approach and data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linier regression test. The research result that partially show different results. Liquidity has no significant effect on Profitability, Solvability has a significant negative effect on Profitability and Activity has a significant positive effect on Profitability. Keywords : Liquidity, Solvency, Activity, Profitability Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Likuiditas, Solvabilitas dan Aktivitas Terhadap Profitabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sub Sektor Properti dan Retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015-2019. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda-beda. Pada Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas, dan Aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.
