Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of profitability, leverage and good corporate governance on firm value in food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The dependent variable used in this study is Price Book Value (PBV). The population in this study were 29 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample used is 10 Food and Beverage companies with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool used is in the form of panel data regression with the fixed effect method. Data were analyzed using eviews 11. The results of this study indicate that the adjusted R squared value is 0.89, which means that the independent variables used in this study have an effect of 89% on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Profitability and Good Corporate Governance variables have a positive and significant effect on PBV, while the Leverage variable has no effect on PBV. Keywoards: Good Corporate Governance, Profitabilitas, Leverage, Company Value Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Price Book Value (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 perusahaan Food and Beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2015-2019. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 perusahaan Food and Beverage dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan berupa regresi data panel dengan metode fixed effect. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan eviews 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R squared sebesar 0,89 yang artinya variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh sebesar 89% terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Profitabilitas dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, sedangkan variabel Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV.
