Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on teacher performance at Said Naum Islamic Vocational School. The sampling method used was a saturated sample of the population and a sample of 33 teachers. Methods of data collection using a survey method, with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study prove that compensation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru pada SMK Islam Said Naum. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 33 orang guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Guru
