Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work-Family Conflict, Group Cohesion, Job Insecurity on Employee Turnover Intention. Research The method used is a causal method. The object of research is Sinarmas Forestry employees (Thamrin, BSD and WIK) with a population of 95 people. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Smart-PLS analysis tool. The same research results show that Group Cohesiveness negatively affects employee turnover intention, Work - Family Conflict negatively affects employee turnover intention and Job Insecurity negatively influences employee turnover intention. Keywords: Work-Family Conflict, Group Cohesiveness, Job Insecurity dam Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Konflik Pekerjaan - Keluarga, Kohesi Kelompok, Ketidakamanan Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. Penelitian Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kausal. Objek penelitian adalah karyawan Sinarmas Forestry (Thamrin, BSD dan WIK) dengan populasi 95 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian yang sama menunjukkan Group Cohesiveness berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan, Work - Family Conflict berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh secara negatif terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Kata Kunci: Work-Family Conflict, Group Cohesiveness, Job Insecurity dam Turnover Intention
