Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify how variables of Career Development, Compensation and Organizational Commitment variables influence the variables of Turnover Intention in PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama employees. The primary data used in this research are the questionnaires distributed to 149 respondents who are the employees of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. Data were analyzed by using the application of Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) LISREL to analyze all correlations between variables of Career Development, Compensation and Organizational Commitment variables influence the variables of Turnover Intention upon the model. The result of this study indicated that of Career Development have a positive and significant correlation with variables of Turnover Intention, Compensation have a negative and significant correlation with variables of Turnover Intention, and Organizational Commitment Compensation have a negative and significant correlation with variables of Turnover Intention Keyword: Career Develpoment, Compentation, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Karyawan PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 149 responden karyawan PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama. Data dianalisis dengan meggunakan aplikasi Structural Positive and Equation Model (SEM) LISREL untuk menguji semua hubungan antara variabel Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention dalam model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Pengembangan Karir memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kompensasi memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention dan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention
