Abstract

This aim of this research is analyst and tested about workload, leadership style and job satisfication in turnover intentions. The methodolgy used for this research was descriptive. The object for this research was 35 employees in Senior High School of Strada Pelita II. Approached used for this research was Structural Equation Model (ESM) with analytical application Smart – PLS. The result shows that workload effected positively and significantly with turn over intentions. Leadership style also negatively effected with turnover intentions Keywords: Workload, Leadership style, Job satisfaction, Turnover intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis beban kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan SMP Strada Pelita II sebanyak 35 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Kata kunci : Beban kerja, Gaya kepemimpinan, Kepuasan kerja, Intensi turnover
